Privacy Policy

Effective 23 September 2026

This website is deliberately simple. It has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The only way to contact me is by email or WhatsApp, and this policy explains what happens with the information you share when you do.

1. Data controller

The data controller (operator of personal data) responsible for any personal data described in this policy is:

  • Individual Entrepreneur Itai Schkolnik (ИП Школьник Итай)
  • ИНН / Tax ID: 631945934177
  • ОГРНИП / Registration number: 326632700164260
  • Registered address: 443017, Russia, Samara Region, Samara, Yuzhny proezd 65
  • 443017, Россия, Самарская обл., Самара г.о., г. Самара, пр-д Южный, д. 65
  • Email: as shown in the footer of this website

2. What this website collects

Nothing. The website is a set of static pages. It does not have contact forms, comment fields, newsletter sign-ups, login areas or any other way of entering data. It does not set cookies, use local storage for tracking, or load analytics, advertising pixels, social media widgets, chat widgets or any other third-party script.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. I do not access, store or analyse this data. Vercel's own privacy policy governs its processing.

Links on the website to email and WhatsApp open your own email application or WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to me until you choose to send a message.

3. What I receive when you contact me

When you email me, I receive your email address, your name if your email client sends it, the date and time, and the content of your message and any attachments.

When you message me on WhatsApp, I receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and picture if your settings share them, and the content of your message and any attachments. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms, and its own privacy policy governs how Meta processes your messages and metadata.

If you become a client, I also receive the information you choose to share about your business in the questionnaire, in sessions and in follow-up correspondence, together with the details needed to invoice you, such as your company name and billing address. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach me.

4. How I use this information

I use the information you share only to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and discuss whether and how we can work together.
  • Schedule and deliver the services you purchase, including preparing written deliverables.
  • Issue invoices, receive payment and keep the accounting records that the law requires.
  • Comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims if they arise.

I do not use your information for marketing. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not send newsletters or promotional messages. I do not sell, rent or trade personal data with anyone.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract with you or the steps taken at your request before entering into one, my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running my business, and compliance with legal obligations. Where applicable law requires consent, your act of contacting me constitutes consent to the processing described here, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Where and how long information is kept

Email correspondence is stored in my business email account, which is provided by a reputable email provider and protected by strong authentication. WhatsApp messages are stored on my devices and, if enabled, in encrypted backups provided by WhatsApp. Written deliverables and client notes are stored in my private cloud storage with access limited to me.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last message. Client correspondence and deliverables are kept for the duration of the engagement and for three years after it ends, so that I can answer follow-up questions and handle any dispute. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by Russian accounting and tax law, which is generally five years.

Because I work with clients worldwide, information may be stored on servers outside your country. I choose providers that apply appropriate security and contractual safeguards.

6. Who else sees your information

I do not share personal data with third parties except the service providers I use to run the business, and only to the extent needed for the purpose:

  • My email provider, to send and receive email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you contact me there.
  • The video call platform used for sessions, such as Google Meet or Zoom.
  • The payment provider that processes your payment and issues receipts.
  • Cloud storage used for documents and backups.

I may also disclose information if required to do so by law, a court order or a public authority.

7. Your rights

Under the applicable data protection law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation On Personal Data and, where it applies to you, the law of your country of residence, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data I hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Ask me to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask me to delete your information, subject to records I am legally required to keep.
  • Object to or ask me to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country or in the Russian Federation (Roskomnadzor).

To exercise any of these rights, send me an email from the address you used to contact me. I respond within 30 days.

8. Security

I protect information with the measures a careful professional would use: strong passwords and two-factor authentication on all accounts, encrypted devices, limited access, and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

9. Children

The services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. If the website ever starts collecting data, for example by adding a form or analytics, this policy will be updated before that happens.
